Pennsylvania State Board Meetings

Our next State Board meeting will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Hampton by Hilton Reading Wyomissing - 1800 Papermill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610

he meeting is being hosted by our Brothers in Berks County.

Hotel accommodations are set for Friday and Saturday night at The Hampton Inn and you can begin making reservations 1 of 3 ways:
1.       Call the hotel directly at 610-374-8100 and reference “AOH”  (please begin calling on Thursday, August 15th for this option as the block takes an overnight refresh to be seen by the agents)

Please be sure to reserve by 9/6/24.  After that time, any rooms not picked up will be automatically released.  Also after that time, any one that still needs reservations will have to book at our Standard Best Available rate and not the group rate. We do expect sell out so please be sure they reserve by the 6th. There’s a water polo match in the area that weekend so hotels will be booking up fast.

February 1st - Montgomery County (possibly at the new Saint Charles Seminary)

 

May 3rd - Pittsburgh (President Dinner)
