Please mark your calendars and plan on attending future State Board meetings. If staying overnight, please see the booking information listed for each location. Once we settle the details for the May 2026 meeting, we will get them to you.  Also, please consider attending the National Convention next year. Pennsylvania has two of our Brothers running for office, and they could use our help getting re-elected. We are working on a fundraiser to help provide stipends to delegates. Once we have everything settled, we will be asking for the help of all members across the State with this important fundraiser.

Individual Call-In Guestroom reservations for this event will be made by individual attendees calling the Hotel Gettysburg reservations directly at 866-378-1797. To receive the special group guestroom rate, individuals must identify themselves as attendees of the PA State Ancient Order of Hibernians. All reservation requests must be guaranteed for the amount of the first night’s room & tax. This guarantee can be in the form of a credit card, cash, or a check. This guarantee is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before arrival and a cancellation number is obtained at that time.
